I used Nerium on my neck and face as directed, and my neck developed a horrible dry rash on day 2. Flaky, peeling…. I also noticed that the skin below my eyes was crepey and wrinkled, but I attributed that to a rough time in my life, my dog was ill and dying… I stopped using the Nerium immediately, and my neck went back to normal.
